Returns and Refunds
You may return unused orders within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc. ), however please contact us first before returning.
We will issue a refund within 48 hours of us receiving the return. We advise customers to obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for items that go missing. Return parcel must include a note stating your; Full Name; Order ID Number & Reason for Return.
